St. Timothy Christian Academy (STCA) follows a multi-step enrollment process that includes a mandatory classroom visit and the submission of various medical and academic evaluations. Our Director of Admissions will email a link to our online application. Upon receipt of a completed application the school schedules a three to five-day classroom visit for the prospective student.

Official Acceptance and Registration

Once the application and visit are complete, the school communicates its official decision (acceptance or non-acceptance) to the family.

• Enrollment Fee: If invited for admission, a $1,000.00 enrollment fee is required to secure the student’s registration. For students on a waitlist, this fee is not due until a space becomes available.
• Contracts: Our Director of Admissions will send a link to our online enrollment packet and contract for completion. The enrollment fee will also be paid through this link. Enrollment is only guaranteed when the school receives a signed contract, required documents, and the enrollment fee.
